You will work closely with different teams to ensure efficient processes, meet operational deadlines, and deliver excellent customer service.
How you create impact
- Manage customer invoicing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoice issuance.
- Support air logistics operations focused on perishable goods.
- Monitor and control administrative processes related to the operation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational continuity and process efficiency.
- Contribute to meeting established deadlines and maintaining high service quality standards.
What we would like you to bring
- A university degree or currently pursuing the final semesters of a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- General knowledge of logistics processes.
- Experience in billing and invoicing processes is desirable but not mandatory.
- B1 English proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-up skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-oriented approach.
