How you create impact
- Support the import operations for the Canada region, ensuring timely and accurate execution of assigned activities.
- Manage and review import and shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with established processes.
- Coordinate and follow up on import shipments throughout the operational process.
- Apply knowledge of foreign trade, import processes, and international logistics to daily activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Identify, follow up on, and escalate operational issues or exceptions when required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment information and documentation.
- Ensure a high level of service and operational quality.
- Develop specialized knowledge in Sea Logistics and Freight Forwarding through training and hands-on experience.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Solid foundational knowledge of import processes, documentation, and foreign trade operations.
- Previous experience in Freight Forwarding is not required; we welcome junior profiles with strong potential and a willingness to learn.
- English level A2–B1.
- General knowledge of U.S. foreign trade processes will be valued.
- Strong learning agility, proactivity, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to new processes and work effectively in an international environment.
- Motivation to develop a career within Sea Logistics and Freight Forwarding.
What's in it for you
