The Sea Logistics LCL Operational Care Expert is responsible for coordinating customer shipments, ensuring capacity availability with qualified carriers, agents, and terminals. This role is part of the team that manages operational data entry, prepares required documentation, and collaborates closely with customer care specialists to ensure all shipment requirements are properly fulfilled for export operations.

How you create impact

  • Prepare export shipments, ensuring all operational and documentation details are complete for smooth and efficient execution.
  • Manage high-volume, high-complexity strategic accounts, maintaining strong service and compliance standards.
  • Request and register bookings in the operating system, securing carrier space and meeting client deadlines.
  • Coordinate with customer service teams, carriers, and agents to ensure proper execution of both import and export shipments.
  • Verify shipping instructions and resolve deviations or conflicts in line with local regulations, documentation requirements, and defined schedules.

 

What we would like you to bring

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sea export processes. 
  • LCL experience preferred.
  • Advanced English level (C1), with the ability to communicate effectively in international operational environments.
  • General knowledge in handling flexitanks, dry cargo, and/or sensitive products such as wine or other temperature-monitored goods.
  • Familiarity with export documentation, booking coordination, and compliance with maritime regulations.
  • Previous experience managing specialized or sensitive accounts is preferred, with the ability to adapt to specific protocols without requiring strict specialization.
