As a Sea Logistics Operational Care Expert, you will be part of the Operational Care team, coordinating maritime export shipments and working closely with shipping lines, agents, terminals and Customer Care teams to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
How you create impact
Coordinate and follow up on maritime export shipments, ensuring operational continuity throughout the process.
Secure and coordinate shipment capacity with shipping lines, qualified agents and terminals.
Execute the required data entry and system updates for each operation.
Prepare, manage and validate the documentation required for maritime shipments.
Coordinate closely with Customer Care specialists to ensure customer requirements are properly addressed.
Monitor operational activities and follow up on pending requirements, exceptions and potential issues.
What we would like you to bring
- Professional, technical or technological degree in International Trade, Logistics, Finance or related fields.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in freight forwarding.
- Previous experience in maritime export operations.
- Knowledge of international logistics processes and maritime transportation.
- Experience coordinating and following up with different stakeholders involved in the logistics chain.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Customer-service orientation, initiative and ability to work collaboratively.
- Basic English level is required; a higher level of English will be considered a plus
