How you create impact
As a Sea Logistics Operational Care Expert – Export, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing export shipments, ensuring smooth execution of the operational process from booking to final documentation.
You will:

Coordinate and monitor FCL/LCL export shipments, ensuring compliance with operational requirements and deadlines.

Manage bookings, shipment documentation, vendors, document closing processes, and CCLs.

Maintain close communication with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the shipment lifecycle.

Monitor shipment milestones and proactively identify potential delays or operational issues.

Investigate and resolve operational exceptions, including unexpected situations such as cargo damage or shipment disruptions.

Provide timely and effective customer service, ensuring clear communication and appropriate follow-up.

Work closely with the Sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Support operations involving customers and teams across USA and Canada.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree or professional background in International Business, Logistics, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in Sea Logistics / Freight Forwarding.

Previous experience managing export operations.

Knowledge of FCL/LCL operations, bookings, international transportation documentation, and shipment milestones.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.

Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to analyze operational situations and take appropriate action to resolve issues.

Experience working with USA or Canada is a plus.

B2–C1 English level, with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers and teams.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative and customer-focused environment.
