The Sea Logistics Operational Care Expert, Import is responsible for coordinating customer import shipments, ensuring smooth cargo flow from origin to final destination. This role manages operational processes, ensuring accurate data entry, documentation control, and close collaboration with customer care specialists, carriers, and origin offices to guarantee that all shipment requirements are fulfilled efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
How you create impact

Coordinate sea logistics import shipments, ensuring all operational and documentation requirements are completed accurately and on time.

Manage high-volume and strategic accounts, maintaining strong service standards and operational efficiency.

Register and monitor bookings and shipment milestones in the operating systems.

Coordinate closely with customer service teams, carriers, origin offices, and agents to ensure smooth execution of import shipments.

Review shipping instructions, arrival notices, and documentation, resolving deviations or operational conflicts in accordance with local regulations and defined timelines.

Ensure shipment visibility and proactive follow-up, addressing delays or operational risks when needed.
What we would like you to bring

3 to 5 years of experience in sea logistics operations, preferably within import processes.

Solid knowledge of import documentation, shipment coordination, and maritime compliance processes.

Advanced English level (C1) with the ability to communicate effectively in international operational environments.

Experience managing high-volume accounts and coordinating with multiple stakeholders across the supply chain.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Solid knowledge of Excel and Office productivity tools.
