In this role you will contribute to service excellence by ensuring timely transportation execution, operational visibility, cost control, and continuous improvement of transportation processes. You will play a key role in supporting customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
How you create impact
• Coordinate and monitor OTM and inland transportation operations from shipment preparation through final delivery.
• Manage relationships with transportation providers and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
• Track shipments, monitor operational milestones, and proactively address transportation issues.
• Support customers and internal stakeholders by providing timely updates, operational guidance, and issue resolution.
• Review transportation documentation, billing processes, and operational reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor operational KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Care, Operations, Finance, and Sales, to deliver service excellence.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
What we would like you to bring
• Experience in transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or related operational environments.
• Knowledge of inland transportation, carrier management, shipment coordination, and operational follow-up.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced operational environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with operational KPIs, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is preferred.
• A customer-focused mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
