The IL Quality Auditor is an integral part of the Kuehne+Nagel Integrated Logistics (4PL) team and is responsible for providing expertise and necessary controls in the supply chain process in the area of quality and compliance throughout the supply chain. The position will report to Integrated Logistics Quality Manager, with close working relationships across the business including the Excellence Management, Operations Management, Performance Management and Business Analytics.

How you create impact

- Driving KN IL operations adherence to GxP healthcare standards if applicable, ensure alignment of capabilities of managed team with the customer’s requirements, overall market benchmarks and KNIL cross customer best practices.

- Support creation and control adherence to quality processes, procedures, and standards compliant with internal and external guidelines regarding quality across each department to ensure that the departments deliver customer satisfaction throughout the customer engagement.

- Manage suppliers in accordance with customer SOPs (when applicable) and KN requirements, while supporting their qualification in line with customer expectations

- Organize and perform internal audits, LSP (Logistic Service Provider) audits and authority audits when applicable, as well as external audits in line with customer requirements

- Maintain the initial and continuous training program for all quality-related tasks of employees involved in the distribution of medicinal products, while conducting internal GxP trainings and continuously reviewing and following up on training requirements

What we would like you to bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field is required

- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification is required

- Proven quality and/or regulatory experience in a pharmaceutical and/or distribution environment

- Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Portuguese is desirable

- Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 30% annually
