As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. How you create impact
- Support daily Sea Logistics operations by helping teams follow standard processes across Export, Import and Finance.
- Act as the go-to person for systems and process questions (BPA, BAM, SeaLOG).
- Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements to make operations more efficient.
- Deliver training sessions and support users on system updates and process changes.
- Monitor data quality and work with teams to correct issues and improve performance.
- Support testing and rollout of new system releases and ensure users are properly trained.
- Contribute to reporting and help teams use data to improve results.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality and safety standards (QSHE).
What we would like you to bring
- Experience in Sea Logistics operations (Import and/or Export).
- Good understanding of forwarding systems and processes.
- Experience participating in projects or system implementations.
- Ability to train others and explain processes in a clear way.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams.
- Comfortable working with data, systems and process improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Degree in Logistics, Business or similar (or equivalent experience).
- Around 2–5 years of experience in Customer Service or operations.
