- Identify and resolve delivery disruptions, capacity constraints, and planning challenges to minimise service impact.
- Optimise transport plans to maximise profitability and reduce unnecessary logistics costs.
- Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and suppliers to ensure consistent service excellence.
What we would like you to bring
- Experience in transport planning, intermodal operations, sea freight, supply chain, or logistics coordination.
- Strong understanding of container logistics, haulage operations, or inbound warehouse planning.
- Working knowledge of cost management, tariffs, and financial decision-making within a logistics environment.
- Advanced organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational setting.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, reports, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Experience with Transport Management Systems (such as TOPS or similar platforms) would be advantageous.
