Integrated Logistics Project Manager

The Integrated Logistics Project Manager is responsible for executing defined implementation projects by coordinating activities across functions, managing project timelines, and supporting delivery according to scope and budget.

They work closely with customers, LSPs, and internal teams to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure smooth deployment and stabilization. The position maintains project documentation, reports progress, identifies basic risks, and ensures alignment with established processes and standards. They support training and onboarding activities and escalate critical issues to senior project leadership as and when needed.

How you create impact

  • Execute and deliver small-scale projects within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with established project management methodologies.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, internal stakeholders, and logistics service providers (LSPs).
  • Provide regular project status updates and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders.
  • Support requirements gathering, solution validation, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively escalate issues or delays when required.
  • Track project timelines and budget utilization, supporting change request management for scope deviations.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company standards.

What we would like you to bring

  • Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Project and/or Program Management within logistics, supply chain, or technology-driven environments.
  • Solid understanding of transportation and logistics processes across multiple modes of transport.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including business, supply chain, logistics, and system implementation projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative data, optimize processes, and support business decision-making.
  • Ability to independently manage projects and effectively engage stakeholders in a virtual and international environment.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and time management skills, with a track record of delivering against deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and willing to travel as required; committed to acting in line with Kuehne+Nagel's values, standards, and code of conduct.
