Kuehne+Nagel is one of the world's leading logistics providers. Within our Integrated Logistics organization, we are looking for an experienced IS Solution Lead Run to support the design, implementation, and optimization of digital logistics solutions for strategic global customers.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between customer requirements, logistics operations, and technology platforms. You will work on complex international implementations, ensuring that customer ERP systems, transport management platforms, control tower solutions, and logistics processes are integrated into scalable and efficient end-to-end solutions.
You will join projects immediately after contract signature and play a key role throughout the full implementation lifecycle, from solution design and customer workshops through testing, go-live, and hypercare. The position offers exposure to large-scale transformation programs within highly regulated industries such as pharmaceutical and healthcare logistics. The role is based in Wroclaw, Poland or Contern Luxemburg.
As IS Solution Lead Run, you will be responsible for assessing customer system landscapes, designing integration solutions, and ensuring successful onboarding into the 4PL environment.
You will work closely with customers, project teams, solution engineers, operations, and IT stakeholders to define efficient system architectures, optimize business processes, and ensure seamless implementation. In addition to solution design, you will drive standardization, support digital transformation initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement across customer solutions.
How you create impact
- Design end-to-end digital logistics solutions for strategic global customers
- Assess customer processes, ERP environments, and logistics systems to ensure successful integration into the 4PL ecosystem
- Define system architectures, interfaces, data flows, and integration requirements between customer and Kuehne+Nagel platforms
- Lead customer workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical and operational solutions
- Support project planning, implementation activities, testing, go-live, and hypercare phases
- Drive process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify onboarding risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
What we would like you to bring

Minimum 5 years of experience in solution design, solution architecture, logistics technology, or large-scale implementation projects

Strong experience with ERP and/or TMS platforms such as SAP, SAP S/4HANA, OTM, Blue Yonder, WMS, or similar logistics technologies

Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and integration architectures

Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and project delivery skills

Fluent English communication skills and the ability to work in international project environments
