As an Air Logistics Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead second-shift warehouse operations supporting our growing pharmaceutical business and expanding cooler operation in Bensenville. You will oversee day-to-day warehouse activity, provide hands-on leadership to the team, and help ensure freight is received, stored, handled, and distributed safely and accurately.
How you create impact
You will lead warehouse employees through daily operations while maintaining strong standards for safety, inventory accuracy, productivity, and service.
- Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in daily warehouse operations
- Lead receiving, documentation, storage, inventory control, order preparation, and distribution activities
- Assign workloads and provide daily direction to warehouse employees
- Train, coach, and support team members while monitoring performance and productivity
- Oversee the safe and accurate handling of freight, equipment, and supplies
- Support the proper storage and handling of temperature-sensitive and pharmaceutical products
- Maintain accurate warehouse records, inventory information, and operational documentation
- Monitor warehouse systems and ensure transactions and inventory movements are recorded accurately
- Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and movement of freight through the warehouse
- Ensure warehouse equipment is operated safely and maintained appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- Identify operational issues and work with management to improve warehouse processes and procedures
- Support compliance with established policies, procedures, and customer requirements
What we would like you to bring
You bring solid warehouse experience along with the ability to lead people, organize daily operations, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with pharmaceutical products, temperature-controlled freight, or cooler operations is especially valuable for this position.
- At least 3 years of warehouse or related experience
- Previous experience leading, supervising, training, or providing work direction to warehouse employees
- Pharmaceutical warehousing and handling experience preferred
- Experience with temperature-controlled, cooler, or other specialized freight preferred
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, storage, and distribution
- Ability to plan workloads, prioritize activities, and keep operations moving efficiently
- Experience using warehouse inventory systems or related warehouse software
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other material-handling equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established procedures
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper product handling
- Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds and perform the physical requirements of a warehouse environment
- Ability to work second shift in Bensenville, Illinois

This position has an approximate hourly pay range of $32.30 to $34.00 per hour and is eligible for overtime based on business needs. Base pay is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles.
Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
