As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. You will be part of our Air Logistics team, adding your pricing expertise + skills to the delivery of our growth objectives.

Your responsibilities
- Ensure timely submission of daily RFQs and maintain high-quality pricing proposals.
- Read the TQT pricing instructions carefully to ensure a clear and accurate understanding of each RFQ requirement.
- Raise and clarify concerns and questions with the PM to support pricing preparation.
- Review the customer profile to identify previous tender rates, the most recently awarded rates, historical volume data, cargo density, current lead-time commitments, volume caps and any other relevant information required to ensure accurate pricing.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial & Solution Manager to develop appropriate solutions and provide competitive pricing.
- Use the ARE database for R1 submission as much as possible and provide feedback on any ARE issues to the Rate Analysis & Program team.
- Prepare tender summaries for management review.
- Analyze customer pricing feedback in detail and share target rates with management to support commercial decision-making.
- Monitor tender outcomes and request post-mortem feedback from bid owners.
- Share the RFQ outcome with airfreight team, support business implementation and verify both internal and external quotations

- Proficient in Excel. 
- Strong communication skills and logical thinking capabilities. 
- Fluent in English reading and writing, with competent listening and speaking skills to express ideas clearly. 
- Willing to work overtime during peak business seasons.
