- Operate in a dynamic environment requiring frequent national travel to engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring strong relationship management and service delivery.
- Utilize advanced digital tools and platforms to analyze logistics data, drive process improvements, and support decision-making in a fast-paced industry interactions
- Engage with national clients, internal logistics teams, and external partners to foster collaboration and drive strategic initiatives in road logistics tasks
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to optimize logistics solutions for national key clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings, utilizing data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation in the road logistics sector qualifications
- Possess a university degree in Transport, Logistics, or a related field, with a strong understanding of road logistics operations and market dynamics.
- Demonstrate expertise in sales and customer service management within the logistics industry, with a focus on strategic account management.
- Exhibit proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to leverage insights for business development and operational excellence.
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum 5 years of field sales experience, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry
- Proven track record in customer acquisition and portfolio development
- Strong knowledge of road logistics operations and market dynamics
- Experience in key account management and building long-term client relationships
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive sales activities
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking to support decision-making
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport, Business Administration, or a related field
