How you create impact
Become a Business Analyst in our Automation Team at Kuehne+Nagel Global Services. You’ll act as the strategic bridge between business and technology, turning complexity into opportunity and data into impact. If you’re analytical, collaborative, and passionate about automation and logistics, this is your chance to make a difference. As our Business Analyst, you will:
- Analyze, design, and document automation opportunities (low to high complexity).
- Translate business processes into clear, actionable requirements for developers.
- Propose innovative solutions using RPA (UiPath, Power Automate), AI, ML, and APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and global automation teams.
- Facilitate diagnostic workshops with managers and operators.
- Evaluate and prioritize high-value tasks for automation.
- Act as Product Owner within the Scrum framework.
- Guide developers with standardized documentation and clear communication.
- Track and validate benefits (FTE, cost, compliance) post-implementation.
- Present business cases and ROI for initiatives.
- Align projects with global automation and digitalization strategy.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement, preferably in shared services or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate) and familiarity with AI/ML concepts.
- Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and business case development.
- Understanding of APIs, data analytics, and digital transformation principles. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a Scrum/Agile environment.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 3:00pm (for the first 6 months)
This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
