How you create impact

The Air Quick Reporting Specialist supports data processing, automation, and reporting activities to ensure accurate rate, cost, and operational data across systems. The role focuses on optimizing data workflows, maintaining databases, and enabling reliable reporting to support daily operations and continuous improvement within the Air Logistics function.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize automation scripts, ETL processes, and data workflows to support reporting, billing, and cost calculations.
  • Manage and validate databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business rules.
  • Structure, update, and standardize rate and cost information across multiple systems.
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor performance, accrual accuracy, and data discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational needs, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we would like you to bring

  • Strong technical skills in Excel, Python-based automation, SQL, ETL processes, and relational databases.Experience developing dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau.Advanced student or graduate in Engineering, Data Management, Optimization, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Effective communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience with Agile tools or project management methodologies is a plus.
  • High English Proficiency.

 

Work schedule: Monday to Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Hydrid work model.

This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
