How you create impact
As an Air Logistics Specialist, you will support the USA Control Towers by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of priority package information within the logistics chain. You will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and delivering high-level service to our customers.
This position requires a proactive communicator with strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of the freight forwarding business, especially in air cargo operations.
- Ensure data accuracy by analyzing, checking, adjusting, correcting, and entering information into internal systems.
- Initiate and receive calls to/from vendors, carriers, and stakeholders to request or confirm package details, especially for priority shipments.
- Track shipments online and follow up on documentation to ensure timely updates.
- Execute tasks based on provided documentation and instructions in internal platforms.
- Communicate daily with Kuehne + Nagel colleagues via chat, email, or phone to clarify exceptions, mismatches, or operational issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling time-sensitive inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
What we would like you to bring
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of the freight forwarding business. You will ideally bring:
- High school diploma.
- Inbound and outbound calling experience.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Intermediate Excel skills for data handling and reporting.
- Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, and adapt to changing environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage task exceptions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Decision-making skills in fast-paced, priority-driven scenarios.
- Excellent interpersonal communication for daily collaboration with colleagues across regions.

Work schedule: Saturday to Wednesday 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 100% Training on-site, WFH, (for the first 6 months).
This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
