How you create impact
We are looking for our next Air Logistics Specialist who will be responsible for sharing sensible documents to a 3rd party that will be part of the logistic chain for the final customer, this 3rd party will aid in either the customs release or the final delivery of the shipment. This role requires high attention to detail, proactive communication, and adherence to safety and documentation standards to maintain service quality and operational continuity. Some of the position expectations are the following:
- Ensure timely and compliant handover of information to the 3rd party agent of import cargo to customer facilities and airport terminals, aligned with airfreight schedules.
- Handle documentation with precision to avoid delays, misrouting, or cargo mishandling.
- Continuously track and verify shipment readiness and ensure alignment with broker cut-off times.
- Maintain proactive and effective communication with internal stakeholders to anticipate and resolve potential issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and customer-specific handling instructions.
- Support operational continuity by identifying risks early and taking corrective actions to maintain high service standards.
- Follow SOPs, toolkits, and company guidelines to improve efficiency and accuracy in delivery coordination.
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum: High School Diploma
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in freight forwarding or related fields
- Preferred: Trucking, warehouses and/or airline knowledge
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- English level: Minimum B1
- Availability to work overtime and/or on holidays
- Team player
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical skills
Work schedule: For this position, we offer different schedules: Tuesday to Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. / Monday to Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. / Sunday to Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. WFH. Training 100% on-site.
This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
