How you create impact

We are looking for our next Air Logistics Specialist to support import processes across the US, Mexico, and Canada. This role is key to ensuring accurate documentation, revenue allocation, and smooth coordination with carriers and internal teams. Complete import files with all required documentation and create subtasks to meet customer and regulatory requirements. Some of the position expectations are the following:

  • Completing import files with all required documentation and creating subtasks to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Assigning services and ensuring revenue is properly allocated to the correct office (US, MX, CA).
  • Analyzing and entering data into internal/external systems, making adjustments as needed.
  • Liaising with carriers to confirm shipment details and resolve exceptions.
  • Supporting internal communication and collaborating with colleagues to ensure process accuracy.
  • Executing tasks in line with SOPs, toolkits, and company policies.
  • Participating in secondary tasks and continuous learning within the logistics domain.

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in air logistics, import operations, or similar roles within the freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data entry and validation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and logistics systems.
  • Ability to work independently, follow documented processes, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience coordinating with carriers and resolving shipment-related exceptions.
  • Knowledge of revenue allocation, regulatory compliance, and import documentation.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to support cross-functional collaboration.

 

Work schedule: Monday to Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. 100% on-site, (for the first 6 months).

 

This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
