How you create impact

As an Air Logistics, FSL Revenue Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial integrity across operational processes. You will be responsible for validating that revenue is accurately recorded against accruals, directly supporting the financial health and compliance of our logistics operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Execute core operational processes in strict alignment with the global Air Logistics Operational Model, SOPs, and internal compliance standards.
  • Manage Forwarding Settlement Subledger (FSL) activities with precision and timeliness to ensure accurate financial closure.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of cost and revenue data to validate financial accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Leverage advanced reporting tools to uncover opportunities for process optimization, quality enhancement, and performance improvement.
  • Maintain proactive and effective communication with team leaders, finance stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
  • Engage in continuous learning through training sessions and apply insights to elevate daily performance.
  • Uphold company policies and take initiative in identifying and resolving potential process inefficiencies.
  • Support additional strategic tasks and projects as assigned by your supervisor.

 

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Location: 100% On-site for the first 6 months. 

 

This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.

 

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Solid understanding of freight forwarding operations, with specific experience in air freight billing and costing processes.
  • Intermediate to advanced English skills (B2-C1), both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and dynamic operational environments.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
  • Strong command of MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems and logistics platforms (e.g., SAP, Cargowise, or similar).
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and accrual processes.
