How you create impact
- Analyze shipment, cost, and billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify discrepancies and perform corrections, including root cause analysis.
- Validate, create, and maintain cost and billing entries.Review documentation to ensure proper application of charges and rates.
- Detect and mitigate revenue leakage risks.
- Execute tasks based on system rules and complex documentation.
- Handle exceptions and make decisions using analytical judgment.
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve issues and validate information.
- Support KPI achievement for quality and productivity.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelors/First University Degree in careers related to the company business specially freight forwarding (preferred).
- Intermediate-Advanced Excel Level.
- Advanced English both on verbal and written.
- Experience in freight forwarding, air logistics, or revenue/cost control processes is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Team player.
- Effective Communication.
The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 100% on-site, Under a hybrid work model.
This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
