How you create impact
As our next Air Logistics Revenue Care Team Lead in Global Services site, will bring the opportunity to lead a strategic global function that directly impacts Air Logistics performance. Purpose‑driven work: enabling quality, accuracy and financial excellence in one of the most critical product pillars of Kuehne+Nagel.
As RCC Team Lead, you will:
- Ensure accurate and timely billing by producing and validating invoices for the assigned Air Logistics U.S.–Southeast market.
- Support revenue integrity by identifying discrepancies, resolving billing issues, and safeguarding the correct financial execution of each shipment.
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to clarify documentation, secure missing information, and maintain high service quality standards.
- Contribute to process efficiency by proposing improvements and ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and global financial standards.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders (local teams, regional teams, and leadership) to promote transparency and ensure business continuity.
- Uphold data accuracy and compliance across all billing activities to support financial stability and customer satisfaction.
What we would like you to bring
- Deep knowledge of Air Logistics, Freight Forwarding and KN systems/processes.
- Experience in freight forwarding or air logistics, ideally within billing, revenue care, or financial processing.
- Strong billing and documentation knowledge, with the ability to review, validate, and correct data with high accuracy.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills, especially when dealing with discrepancies or missing information.
- Effective communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure issue resolution.
- Proactive mindset and ownership, with the capacity to work independently while contributing to team success.
- Leadership potential or experience, supporting team coordination and aligning priorities when needed.
- English proficiency B2+, and comfort working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday 7:45 am to 4:45pm (Hybrid)
This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
