How you create impact

Become a AI Solutions & Automation Developer in our Automation Team at Kuehne+Nagel Global Services. You’ll design and implement advanced automation solutions using Python, UiPath, and AI technologies, collaborating with business analysts and product owners to transform processes and deliver measurable value.

As a Key member of our Developers team, you will be expected to

• Build intelligent automation solutions: You will design, develop and optimize end‑to‑end automations using Python, UiPath, APIs, and AI capabilities to address complex operational challenges and deliver tangible business impact.
• Enable smarter, data‑driven decisions: Through the automation products you build, you will help transform data into insights, improving speed, quality, and efficiency across processes.
• Drive innovation inside a global tech environment: As part of an Agile/Scrum squad, you’ll collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other developers to co‑create scalable digital solutions that align with global strategic priorities.
• Shape the future of automation at KN: You’ll contribute to the development of frameworks, coding standards, reusable libraries, and best practices—ensuring our automation ecosystem is robust, modern, and future‑ready.
• Expand the reach of AI inside the organization:You’ll evaluate and test new AI tools, Python libraries, and automation technologies, helping our teams stay ahead of the innovation curve.

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with strong focus on automation.
• Strong experience with Python development.
• Experience developing automation using UiPath or similar RPA tools.
• Knowledge of API integrations, system connections, and structured workflow logic.
• Interest or experience in AI technologies, LLMs, machine learning models, or intelligent automation.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, elegant technical solutions.
• Curiosity and motivation to explore new tools, technologies, and AI capabilities.
• Comfort working with complex systems, data flows, and integrations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams (participating in ceremonies such as planning, reviews, retros, etc.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, well‑documented, thoroughly tested automation solutions.
• Ability to mentor junior developers or contribute to shared technical knowledge.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 3:00pm (for the first 6 months)

This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
