How you create impact

As an Air Logistics Healthcare Operational Care Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the flawless execution and monitoring of critical and healthcare air shipments. You will oversee end‑to‑end milestones, temperature alerts, risks, and deviations for highly sensitive cargo. This is a global, round‑the‑clock service (24/7/365) that directly protects product integrity and guarantees service continuity for our customers

In this role, you will:

• Proactively monitor active healthcare and critical shipments to ensure all milestones, conditions, and temperature requirements are met.
• Identify risks or deviations early and take timely action—intervening, escalating, or coordinating with internal teams to protect the cargo and ensure service continuity.
• Support temperature excursion alerts, verify container conditions, and manage passive packaging expiry dates.
• Communicate promptly and clearly with customers on shipment events or issues, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Utilize HyperCare and digital tools (ASTRO, DataWiz, Visibility Hub, Cockpit) to monitor, validate, and document shipment performance.
• Ensure adherence to internal GxP and healthcare guidelines, contributing to operational compliance and patient safety.

Your work directly contributes to safeguarding temperature‑controlled and high‑value shipments that impact the healthcare sector worldwide.

What we would like you to bring

• At least 1 year of experience in similar roles as for Customer Care and/or Freight Forwarding Logistics.  igh School Diploma completed (Bachillerato en Educación Media).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred,  studies or training in Freight Forwarding or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Highly organized and disciplined.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to exercise good operational judgment.
• Strong communication skills and effective teamwork.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time‑sensitive situations.
• A growth‑oriented, problem‑solving attitude.

Work schedule: Could vary depending on business needs.

This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
