How you create impact
The main goal of the HR Talent Acquisition and Preboarding Support Specialist is to support the talent acquisition and preboarding processes by managing onboarding systems, coordinating candidate data updates, ensuring data accuracy across platforms, and facilitating smooth transitions for new hires through collaboration with internal teams and system tools. Some of the position expectations are the following:
- Execute and maintain the internal system process, including cleanup activities.
- Support the background check process.
- Manage the hire process and ensure accurate start date updates.
- Coordinate candidate updates and sign-on bonus processing.
- Maintain and update new hire data into internal systems.
- Generate and manage the New Hires Report.
- Ensure quality control of badge pictures.
- Collaborate with IT to raise and follow up on tickets related to onboarding.
- Support internal onboarding platform activities.
- Coordinate, attend and lead huddle boards.
- HRS Team Lead informed of peaks / valleys and ensure a plan to cope with these situations.
- Coordinate training plans with Team Lead and lead trainings when require.
- Keep a proactively communication with HRS Area Business
- Partner, HRS Process Specialist and HRS Team Lead.
- Follow up to the Quality Check Sample if required.
What we would like you to bring
- HR studies or experience is preferred but not required.
- Advanced English both on verbal and written.
- Intermediate Excel Level.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Team player.
- Effective Communication.
- Ability to adapt to change and support change management initiatives within a dynamic environment.
Work schedule: Could vary depending on business needs.
This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
