How you create impact
We are looking for our next Air Logistics Specialist who will play a critical role in ensuring shipment visibility and data accuracy across our operational network. Your work supports a reliable, transparent, and customer‑focused experience by keeping cargo status information precise, timely, and aligned with customer expectations.
This role is ideal for detail‑oriented professionals who thrive in fast‑paced environments and contribute to global logistics excellence through accuracy, monitoring, and proactive exception management. Some of the position expectations are the following:
- Monitor shipment milestones and ensure routing information is updated accurately across internal platforms.
- Identify, report, and escalate any delays or exceptions that may affect cargo movement or customer expectations.
- Maintain real‑time, verified cargo data within internal systems to ensure complete shipment visibility.
- Conduct quality checks to guarantee data accuracy before sharing information with customers or downstream teams.
- Detect process gaps and collaborate to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide timely cargo status updates to support a transparent and positive customer experience.
- Follow established operational procedures to ensure compliance, consistency, and service excellence.
- Meet or exceed Quality and Productivity performance standards set by the Global Services organization.
What we would like you to bring
- High School Diploma
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in freight forwarding or related fields
- Preferred: Knowledge of airline operations
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- English level: Minimum B1
- Availability to work overtime and/or on holidays
- Team player
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical skills
Work schedule: Could vary depending on business needs.
This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
