How you create impact

As an Air Logistics Specialist, you will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our logistics operations by supporting the Quick Revenue Care Teams. Your main tasks will include analyzing, correcting, and inputting data in the systems. Success in this role requires working with quality, solving problems, and communicating effectively. Some of the position expectations are the following:

 

  • Responsible for data accuracy: analyzing, checking, preparing, adjusting/correcting and entering correct data in our internal systems.
  • Add costs and billing charges into internal systems.
  • Execution of tasks in internal systems based on documentation/instructions.
  • Ability to easily read the documentation and seek the information on them.
  • When needed, decision making in case of task exceptions.
  • Collaborate with the tasks assigned as required, for example share knowledge and best practices, get information on services performed and any other.
  • Daily communication with KN Quick Colleagues via chat, email or phone to clarify exceptions/ mismatches/issues.
  • Achieve productivity and quality KPI's.
  • Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor.

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelors/First University Degree in careers related to the company business specially freight forwarding (preferred).
  • Intermediate-Advanced Excel Level.
  • Advanced English both on verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools (preferred).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be detail oriented. 
  • Team player. 
  • Effective Communication. 

 

Work schedule: Could vary depending on business needs.

 

This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
