How you create impact
- Take ownership of shipments and ensure efficient file handling, with complete and accessible customer data
- Ensure stakeholders deliver in line with customer expectations while complying with regulatory requirements
- Monitor shipments consistently and communicate proactively with customers
- Respond promptly to customer feedback, complaints, and escalations, with swift corrective actions
- Promote awareness and usage of customer-facing digital solutions
- Participate in relevant trainings to stay updated
- Support or lead customer implementations, ensuring involvement from OCC/RCC/OM as required
- Participate in GCIM Scalable trainings
- Manage customer growth and focus on retention
- Drive profitability through effective spot quotations, quick response times, upselling, and promotion of KN products
- Perform ongoing GP analysis and liaise with procurement stakeholders
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in air freight or freight forwarding (customer service)
- Proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading)
- Able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Flexible with working arrangements
