How you create impact
Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage warehouse operations team to ensure high‑quality, on‑time execution of all activities.

Oversee shipment processes, monitor deviations, and ensure accurate updates in the systems, including financial data.

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, escalating concerns when necessary.

Ensure clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Review and clarify Customer Service team instructions, addressing any discrepancies with regulations or customer requirements.

Collaborate with carriers, partners, gateway, warehouse, customs, RCC, and other teams to drive service excellence.

Work with the Optimization Team to enhance processes, maximize system utilization, and reduce manual work.

Support cost optimization and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with Sales and Customer Care for smooth account implementation and operational handover.

Manage warehouse capacity, throughput, inventory, and peak‑season readiness.

Ensure compliance with safety, security, and property protection standards.

Lead continuous improvement and productivity enhancement projects at the site.
What we would like you to bring
Requirements:

5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership background.

Background in airport terminal operations; strong terminal operator network preferred.

Basic Excel skills

English reading and writing capability

Strict yet adaptable personality; able to lead teams and work flexible hours
