Reporting to the National Sea Logistics Process & Systems Manager, the Sea Logistics Systems + Process Order Management Expert will be pivotal in championing Kuehne+Nagel’s order management applications and customer facing platforms. You will discover and execute system and process improvements through data analysis, all whilst providing exceptional support to the day-to-day operations of our Sea Logistics team!
How you create impact

Lead as a super-user across customer platforms and order management tools (including myKN, KN ESP, KN Login, Infor Nexus)

Bring new features to life by assessing, testing, validating, documenting, and providing actionable feedback on enhancements, bug fixes, and applications.

Drive performance excellence by using operational metrics to identify best practices, influence continuous improvement initiatives, and help deliver on SLA and KPI targets.

Shape the digital future as part of the ISC Business Reference Group, identifying gaps, defining high-value use cases, and feeding insights into the global development pipeline.

Become our go-to expert for all Sea Transport Management (STM) and order management workflows.

Lead customer integrations through logical data mapping, implementing KN ESP eSOP, and onboarding customers onto API-driven workflows.

Apply your RPA expertise, using tools like UiPath to automate and enhance operational efficiency.

Optimise data flows by developing and improving EDI/API interfaces between our TMS and external systems.

Empower our people by delivering high-quality systems training to Customer Care, Sales, and Operational Care teams.

Extensive experience in Kuehne+Nagel’s customer facing and order management platforms—confident in troubleshooting, supporting users, and delivering high-impact training and demos to internal and external users.

Deep knowledge and experience in KN products, services and systems infrastructure.

A proven track record in continuous improvement—skilled in process mapping, data analysis, and identifying opportunities for smarter, better workflows.
