As a Human Resources Business Partner Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and delivering an exceptional employee experience across the organization. Acting as a trusted partner to leaders and employees, you will execute HR processes, support talent initiatives, and contribute to the implementation of people strategies aligned with business objectives.
How you create impact
• Support the execution of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Partner with managers and supervisors to provide guidance on people-related matters, workforce planning, performance improvement plans, training needs, and employee relations.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, monitor hiring progress, participate in final candidate interviews, and analyze recruitment KPIs.
• Manage onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth integration experience for new employees.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, including eNPS, GPTW action plans, recognition programs, and organizational culture activities.
• Assist in the administration of temporary contracts, internships, apprenticeships, and personnel-related processes.
• Support disciplinary processes, employee communications, and HR administration activities while ensuring compliance with labor legislation and company policie
What we would like you to bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Social Work, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, Junior HR Business Partner, or in a similar Human Resources role.
• Solid knowledge of labor legislation, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and reporting HR KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaborative digital tools.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, planning, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Availability to travel within Bogotá and other cities as required.
