How you create impact
- Deliver exceptional customer service by acting as the main point of contact for customs-related operations.
- Coordinate with customers, customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance.
- Monitor shipment status, provide operational updates, and proactively resolve issues throughout the customs process.
- Prepare and manage customs documentation while ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, International Relations, or Customs.
- Knowledge of customs clearance processes, import/export documentation, and international trade regulations.
- Knowledge of calculation of duties and taxes, and administrative processes related to billing.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
