To ensure timely and accurate follow‑up on the client’s specific requirements, guaranteeing their complete satisfaction, while providing support to operational teams in resolving issues that may arise during the customs clearance process.

How you create impact

Fulfill all activities agreed upon with the client, including submitting reports and managing the control and follow-up of corrections and incidents.
Carry out the compilation and submission of foreign trade files generated by daily operations.
Participate in and comply with the implementation of innovation projects assigned to the department.
Review the operations tracker and meeting minutes, ensuring follow-up on the action items generated.
Support the company’s operational areas in resolving issues that arise during customs clearance and/or with the customs broker.
Maintain constant communication with the client to ensure all their requirements are fully met.Participate in training and development courses provided by the company.

What we would like you to bring

Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, International Relations, or Customs.
Experience in managing customs clearance processes across multiple transportation modes, including air, ocean, and road.Knowledge of customs regimes, calculation of duties and taxes, and administrative processes related to billing.
Advanced English proficiency.
