Kuehne+Nagel is launching a large-scale warehouse integration project in Beringen, bringing together existing operations into one centralized logistics hub. To support this transformation, we are looking for a Customer Service Analyst who will play a key role in building reporting structures, improving processes, and creating insights that help drive operational excellence. 

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a major logistics integration project while helping shape the future customer service organization. Although the role initially supports the implementation phase, it is designed as a long-term position focused on analytics, continuous improvement, and operational performance. 

 

As Customer Service Analyst, you will support the Customer Service team through data analysis, KPI management, reporting, and process optimization. You will transform operational data into actionable insights and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting quality, and customer service performance. 

You will work closely with Customer Service, Operations, and management teams to analyze trends, identify root causes behind recurring issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation. This role is analytical in nature and does not involve day-to-day customer service activities. 

How you create impact

  • Own and maintain customer service KPIs and monthly performance reporting 
  • Analyze customer service data, ticket flows, and operational trends to generate actionable insights 
  • Perform root cause analyses on recurring issues and provide data-driven improvement recommendations 
  • Develop, improve, and standardize reporting structures, templates, and dashboards 
  • Design and maintain tools that increase transparency and operational efficiency 
  • Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and continuous improvement 
  • Support the optimization of reporting, invoicing, and customer service processes during and after implementation 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent performance monitoring and reporting standards 

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level through experience 
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting, data analysis, or business analysis 
  • Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or a similar reporting and analytics tool 
  • Experience translating operational data into recommendations and process improvements 
  • Understanding of customer service processes and continuous improvement methodologies 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly 
  • Fluent Dutch and strong English skills, both written and spoken 
  • Proactive, accurate, and results-oriented approach to work
