How you create impact
- Identify, approach and win new customers within the reefer and perishable goods market

Develop existing customer relationships and uncover opportunities for further business growth across Belgium
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Understand customer supply chains and develop customized sea logistics solutions
- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing
- Monitor market developments, competitor activities and business opportunities within the reefer logistics sector
What we would like you to bring
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or commercial roles within logistics, freight forwarding or transportation
- Strong hunting mentality with a passion for acquiring and developing new business
- Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
- Commercial mindset combined with the ability to build trusted customer relationships
- Knowledge of reefer logistics, perishables or sea freight is an advantage, but not essential
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
