How you create impact
- Support the Sea Logistics Pricing team with administrative and operational tasks related to pricing activities.
- Assist with the maintenance and updating of ocean and inland transportation rates in internal systems.
- Support quotation updates and ensure pricing information is accurate and up to date.
- Perform data entry and validation activities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Help organize and manage contracts, rate sheets, and pricing documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing of pricing requests and updates.
What we would like you to bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, International Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of information.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Interest in international logistics, freight forwarding, and pricing processes.
