How you create impact
- Ensure the financial accuracy of ocean freight shipments from booking to closure.
- Monitor costs, accruals, and revenue to protect shipment profitability.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with speed and precision.
- Partner with operational teams to improve financial performance and process quality.
- Deliver reliable reporting and insights that support business decisions.
- Help create a seamless customer experience through strong operational execution.
What we would like you to bring
- Experience in Freight Forwarding, preferably within Ocean Import or Export.
- Solid understanding of shipment costs, billing processes, and profitability controls.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
