How you create impact
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring effective communication and follow-up throughout their sea freight operations.
- Coordinate and follow up on sea freight import and export shipments with customers and Kuehne + Nagel offices.
- Ensure operations are executed according to established Working Instructions (WI), SOPs and customer requirements.
- Monitor KPIs and operational profitability, ensuring proper follow-up of assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with Operations, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Support new business implementations and commercial activities for assigned accounts.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering or a related field.
- Intermediate English.
- 1+ year of experience in Freight Forwarding / International Freight Transportation, with exposure to Sea Logistics.
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Knowledge of Customs.
