Es una posición de Customer Service Operativo, responsable de gestionar los embarques de punta a punta, principalmente marítimos y de Project Cargo, coordinando la comunicación con clientes y proveedores, así como la operación y los procesos de facturación.
How you create impact
- Gestionar operaciones logísticas end-to-end, principalmente de transporte marítimo;
- Mantener una comunicación cercana y efectiva con clientes, proveedores y diferentes equipos internos;
- Dar seguimiento a procesos de facturación y gestión de proveedores;
- Participar y desarrollarte en operaciones relacionadas con Project Cargo;
- Aplicar tu conocimiento de regulaciones y procedimientos de freight forwarding;
- Identificar las necesidades de los clientes y contribuir a generar relaciones comerciales sólidas y de largo plazo;
- Gestionar tus propias actividades y prioridades de manera independiente, trabajando al mismo tiempo de forma colaborativa con el equipo.
What we would like you to bring
- Entre 2 y 3 años de experiencia en Customer Service, operaciones o posiciones similares dentro de la industria de transporte y logística;
- Experiencia principalmente en transporte marítimo. El conocimiento de transporte aéreo será valorado;
- Experiencia en empresas de freight forwarding de mediano o gran tamaño;
- Conocimiento de procesos operativos, facturación y manejo de proveedores;
- Interés y disposición para trabajar y seguir aprendiendo sobre Project Cargo;
- Inglés B2 o superior.
