Apoyar en iniciativas relacionadas con cultura organizacional y actividades internas.

Participar en la organización y seguimiento de capacitaciones.

Colaborar con los comités de diversidad y medio ambiente, apoyando en la coordinación y seguimiento de acciones.

Dar seguimiento a pendientes y acciones derivadas de proyectos del área.

Apoyar en comunicaciones internas.

Gestionar, actualizar y mantener bases de datos del área de RH.
What we would like you to bring
- Estar actualmente estudiando y contar con seguro facultativo vigente.
- Cursar carreras relacionadas: Psicología, administración de empresas o ingenieria industrial.
- Inglés Intermedio (deseable).
- Disponibilidad para asistir presencialmente todos los días en horario de 8:30 a.m. a 1:30 p.m.
