How you create impact
- Coordinar agendas para el ingreso de nuevos colaboradores.
- Preparar kits de bienvenida y/o documentación requerida para el proceso de onboarding.
- Dar seguimiento a las actividades del periodo de inducción.
- Apoyar en la calendarización y organización de capacitaciones internas.
- Llevar el control de listas de asistencia.
- Diseñar avisos o infografías simples mediante Canva u otras herramientas.
- Actualizar y mantener en orden los expedientes digitales y físicos.
What we would like you to bring
- Estar actualmente estudiando y contar con seguro facultativo vigente.
- Cursar carreras relacionadas: Psicología, Administración, Recursos Humanos o afines.
- Inglés Intermedio (deseable).
- Disponibilidad para asistir presencialmente todos los días en horario de 8:30 a.m. a 1:30 p.m.
