In this role, you’ll build strategic partnerships with carriers, help secure competitive pricing and capacity, and collaborate with key teams to identify opportunities that drive our business forward.
How you create impact
- Build strong carrier partnerships by understanding their services, operational capabilities, and available capacity.
- Partner with Operations and Pricing to identify strategic capacity solutions and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support competitive pricing and capacity by leveraging the carrier network for new and ongoing business.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives focused on carrier engagement and Road Logistics operations.
- Identify opportunities and solve challenges proactively to help strengthen the carrier network and support growth.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Road Logistics Operations, Carrier Management, or a related logistics/transportation field.
- Proven experience managing relationships with transportation carriers.
- Strong understanding of road logistics operations and carrier capabilities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying business opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly Operations and Pricing.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
