How you create impact
- Desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y ampliar la cartera de clientes.
- Construir y fortalecer relaciones con clientes actuales y potenciales.
- Asesorar a los clientes durante el proceso comercial, asegurando que las soluciones de seguros estén alineadas con sus necesidades y objetivos.
- Preparar y negociar propuestas y acuerdos comerciales.
- Trabajar de la mano con los equipos de Comercial, Pricing y Operaciones para garantizar un excelente servicio al cliente.
- Mantener actualizada la información del CRM y del pipeline comercial.
- Contribuir a las estrategias e iniciativas comerciales que impulsen el crecimiento del negocio.
What we would like you to bring
- 2+ años de experiencia en Seguros de Carga.
- Experiencia/Conocimiento en Seguros de Crédito Comercial y Property.
- Sólida experiencia en desarrollo de nuevos negocios, prospección activa y captación de nuevos clientes (perfil hunter).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y cierre de ventas,..
- Inglés intermedio.
