How you create impact
- Execute billing and document shipment processes accurately and on time to support smooth air logistics operations.
- Review and maintain pricing and quotation information in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Support the automation and efficiency of operational and billing workflows by maximizing system utilization.
- Monitor shipment and billing records to ensure all air freight transactions are properly invoiced.
- Analyze operational and financial reports to identify discrepancies and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with customer service, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless information flow and timely customer billing.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Relations, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, billing, logistics, freight forwarding, or administrative operations.
- Intermediate English Level.
- Intermediate French Level (plus).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
- Understanding of financial processes, invoicing, and data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive mindset, teamwork, and a customer-focused approach.
