As Air Logistics Warehouse Specialist you will handle the swift, safe, and accurate processing of international import/export air cargo. Key responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, scanning, labeling, and packing time-sensitive cargo, operating forklifts, managing hazardous materials (HAZMAT), and documenting inventory movements in strict compliance with safety regulations
How you create impact
- Efficiently receive, identify, and prepare airfreight cargo for import/export, ensuring compliance with airport regulations and strict deadline
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to document inventory, scan goods, and manage shipping documentation like Master Air Waybills (MAWBs)
- Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, pallet jacks, to move, stack, and load cargo
- Strictly adhere to OSHA, TSA, DOT, and EPA regulations, specifically handling hazardous materials and conducting safety inspections of cargo and facilities
- Inspect goods upon arrival, report damaged cargo, and address discrepancies with supervisor or logistics planners
What we would like you to bring
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or freight forwarding environment
- Experience in operating Forklift, RF Scanners is needed
- The ability to lift and move packages up to 50–70 lbs and stand for extended periods is frequently required
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software is essential for tracking milestones and inventory
- High accuracy is needed for reading freight coding, verifying manifests, and ensuring documentation matches the actual physical shipment

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
