The Data Quality and Entry Desk (DQ Desk) supports customs-related processes across the EMEA region, ensuring that documentation is prepared, verified, and maintained accurately to facilitate compliant and efficient shipment processing.Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple countries, we operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and provide continuous support through a rotating shift schedule. Our focus is on delivering high-quality service, operational excellence, and a seamless customer experience.
How you create impact
In this role, you will contribute to the:
- Efficient execution of customs and operational processes by ensuring accurate and timely data handling and documentation management.
- Gathering, creating, verifying, and maintaining customs-related documentation
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
- Supporting customs clearance activities through timely document validation and confirmation
- Managing multiple operational tasks while meeting defined SLAs and quality standards
- Collaborating closely with Kuehne+Nagel colleagues and stakeholders across the EMEA region
- Contributing to seamless operational workflows and continuous process improvements
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy while working in a fast-paced operational environment
What we would like you to bring
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of data analytics, mathematics/statistics, and VBA/macros is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach to work
