As an Air Logistics Revenue Care Specialist, you will be responsible for managing invoicing, FSL, and supplier invoice recognition processes, ensuring data accuracy, timely execution, and the identification of deviations and improvement opportunities.
How you create impact
- Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition, invoicing, and financial data quality across Air Logistics operations.
- Support month-end closing activities and resolve billing and CASS disputes efficiently.
- Partner with Operations, Customer Care, Sales, and Finance to identify revenue discrepancies and implement process improvements.
- Drive automation initiatives to optimize billing, invoicing, and revenue care processes.
- Help maintain high service standards by ensuring invoices and financial documentation are processed accurately and on time.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, International Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1+ year of experience in Freight Forwarding and Finance.
- Understanding of accounting principles and invoicing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial or freight forwarding systems is a plus.
- Advanced English level.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to collaborate across teams
