How you create impact
You ensure accurate and timely customer billing by reviewing shipment files, validating charges, and maintaining strong data quality across all revenue care activities. By identifying discrepancies and supporting resolution, you help protect gross profit and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Through close collaboration with operations, customer care, and finance teams, you support efficient workflows and contribute to continuous improvement in billing accuracy and process execution.
What we would like you to bring
- Review shipment and financial data to validate revenue and protect gross profit
- Support daily financial processing, including billing alignment and month-end activities
- Identify, investigate, and resolve billing and revenue discrepancies
- Handle billing-related challenges and contribute to process improvements
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Care, and Finance teams to ensure accurate data flow and alignment
- Support credit limit reviews and adjustments in coordination with Sales and Customer Care
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on cost and revenue topics related to carriers, vendors, and customer charges
- Maintain strong data quality and compliance across all billing and revenue processes
- Support automation and efficiency initiatives to improve billing accuracy and workflow execution

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
