Air Logistics Revenue Care Specialist

As an Air Logistics Revenue Care Specialist, you are responsible for executing Revenue Care Center (RCC) activities within Air Logistics, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and timeliness. The role focuses on invoicing, expected gross profit confirmation, FSL activities, and supplier invoice acknowledgment. You will work with a strong process‑ and system‑driven mindset, applying critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to deliver “first‑time‑right” results while identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.

How you create impact

  • Carry out and oversee revenue‑related processing activities using automated financial tools.
  • Prepare accurate customer invoices and validate expected gross profit in line with company guidelines.
  • Manage daily financial review activities related to shipment files, including support during month‑end closing.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice or settlement discrepancies with airlines, contributing to process improvements.
  • Support automation initiatives that improve invoicing accuracy, quote usage, and faster financial file completion.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Care teams to support customer credit limit adjustments.
  • Review shipment and financial documentation thoroughly before escalating issues or exceptional cases.
  • Coordinate with operational teams on cost‑related topics involving carriers, transport partners, and third‑party suppliers.
  • Collaborate with customer logistics teams on revenue‑related topics linked to customer charges.

What we would like you to bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related fields.
Additional education in Freight Forwarding is a plus.2–5 years of experience in Air Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Finance‑related roles.
Solid understanding of freight forwarding in a financial context.Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Knowledge of Kuehne+Nagel products, services, and processes (preferred).
Experience working with KN systems, including finance modules, and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong analytical skills with a process‑driven mindset.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work accurately under deadlines.
Proactive problem‑solver with a continuous improvement and automation mindset.Team‑oriented with strong collaboration skills.Languages: Local language (Fluent) and English (Intermediate).
